Crystal Cove Marriage Proposal - Madison + Blake

Blake contacted about a week prior to proposing to Madison in Crystal Cove. He said he knew that it was last minute but asked if I was available to photograph their engagement just one week later. Thankfully, was indeed available.

He shared that he was traveling from Nashville to Orange County for work and that Madison would be joining him. She had imagined that he would propose at their home so him getting down on one knee during their trip never popped into her mind.

She thought they were just dropping by Crystal Cove to watch the sunset on their way to dinner, boy was she wrong. I had been waiting for them for about 30 minutes, and quite honestly, I got worried that he may have gotten lost. But as the sun started setting, I saw them walking down the trail.

Once they walked past me, I got ready for showtime. He guided her out onto a lookout point with the waves crashing down underneath them. He then got down on his knee and asked Madison to marry him. It was absolutely perfect!

She said YES!
