Balboa Island Marriage Proposal - Sally + Richard

Sally & Richard’s marriage proposal on Balboa Island was absolutely perfect! The plan was to head down to Ciao restaurant where they used go to at the beginning of their relationship.

Once they arrived, he would get down on one knee at the entrance and ask Sally to marry him…and that’s exactly what happened!

She said YES!!
